I’m Monica Cutler, the owner of Say I Do.

Before I launched Say I Do, I founded my own service business. The business was ticking along nicely thanks to word-of-mouth marketing. But when enquiries started to dry up, I panicked and spent a small fortune on Facebook ads without really understanding them.

I had maxed out a credit card with Facebook ad spend, and the enquiries I received didn’t really care about what I could offer them. I was annoyed, in debt, and close to returning to employed work.

Two things changed that: first, I took complete accountability for the success of my business (no more blame games) and second, I invested in business education from experienced marketers. With this training I developed a workable marketing strategy that gave me complete control over my workload.

Mastering the art of drawing in clients I truly wanted to work with gave me much better handle on my business. I was so glad I hadn’t quit!

To this day, I am selective about clients I work with.
